Application:
The Machine is used for industrial production of Cake Gel Emulsifier. The Cake Gel Emulsifier is a mix of liquid and dry emulsifiers, which are melted, cooled and transformed into a homogeneuos product. The Cake Gel Emulsifier is an improver which is used in all the recipes for Sponge cake and Swiss rolls. The Cake Gel Emulsifier improves the texture, volume, shelf life, ensures dough airiness and helps diminishing the active moisture (а.w.) level.
